Trane > XV95 (2-Stage Variable Speed)
The Trane XV95 is an Ultra Elite Comfort System which meets all government standards for efficiency and is rated 96.7% AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency). This means that 96.7% of the fuel you pay for is actually converted into heat for your home. The XV95 has two stages of heating depending upon your needs (for either mild winter weather or bitterly cold winter weather). This allows it to provide the right amount of heat as you need it. The variable speed blower technology makes this the most energy efficient comfort system available. Note that this furnace qualifies as an Energy Star product with the US Department of Energy and has what’s known as Comfort-R-Technology to maximize cooling capacity and dehumidification.

TRANE XV95 LIMITED WARRANTY DETAILS
Beginning May 1 2009, Registered Limited Warranty terms are available if the product is registered within 60 days of installation. Registration can be completed either online at Trane.com or by calling 800-554-6413. Trane’s Registered Limited Warranty terms include:
- Lifetime limited warranty on heat exchanger.
- 10 Year limited warranty on internal functional parts.
- If the product is not registered within 60 days of installation Trane’s Base Limited Warranty terms will apply.
- Optional Extended Warranties available. Extended Warranties can pay for labor and other costs not covered by manufacturer’s limited warranty.
- Ask your dealer for full warranty information at time of purchase. Warranties are for residential use only, some exclusions may apply.
